From the placing of the order it takes 5 to 7 working days. Delivery charge is calculated for you at checkout. Deliveries is in South Africa only and deliveries do not take place on weekends and public holidays.

3D Secure is a unique feature for online security, once you purchase with your card on our website you will receive an OTP (One Time Pin) on your cell phone to confirm a code.

You will receive an e-mail from 3D Store with your reference number and our banking details. Products will only be released once funds have been cleared.

Users with faulty products should contact our support centre on support@3dstore.co.za. Faulty products will need to be collected and tested before any refunds can be considered.
